4. Professional Liability Insurance
German lawyers are obliged under the Federal Lawyers’ Act to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum insurance of 250,000 Euros. The professional liability insurance of Karl-Ulrich Werkmeister is maintained with Allianz Versicherungs AG, 10900 Berlin. The geographical scope of the insurance cover legal advice in the Federal Republic of Germany and fulfils the legal requirements of § 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO).
